“Three Well Known Australians” has been touring continuously for 26 years (since 1983) and visited over 130 locations around Australia and will continue touring for many generations.

Thousands have attempted to guess who the ‘Three Australians’ are in the painting, entering their opinion into the respective yearbook. As part of the exhibition, the letters and entries in the yearbooks form a social commentary of the changing times, encouraging the viewer to look at the painting more closely and take part in the activity of recording their opinion.

Now, the painting, a collection of letters and yearbooks have arrived at 72 Erskine and will be on display for 4 weeks.
